Project: Varuna

  • The Challenge

    Varuna provides institutional-grade real estate investments with low minimums, giving smaller investors access to opportunities traditionally reserved for larger players.

    Operating in a market with established players, Varuna's challenge is twofold: building awareness and credibility in a space where trust is key, while also clearly differentiating their offering with compliance-friendly messaging around its unique selling points.

  • Getting Started

    To tackle these challenges, I’ve built the first iteration of Varuna’s website using Squarespace. The aim was to keep it simple, yet effective—a solid foundation for testing different content, layouts, and user flows. This setup allows us to gather early feedback and make fast adjustments as needed.

    On the content side, I’ve developed the core website copy, created landing pages, and written blog posts that cover both beginner and expert-level investment topics. The goal is to speak directly to Varuna’s target audience—whether they’re seasoned investors or just getting started.

    I’ve also produced email copy designed to nurture leads and keep potential investors engaged, as well as paid social content and banners to kick off Facebook ad testing. The ads are geared toward testing engagement, giving us early insights into what works and where we need to refine our approach.
